Lexy brings heart, vision, and a designer’s eye to every home she touches. What began as an internship 3 years ago quickly turned into a full-time role—and a passion. She even renovated and lived in a vintage Airstream, which sharpened her talent for smart layouts and purposeful design.

At TBG, Lexy helps clients make meaningful design decisions by grounding big ideas in real-life function. She’s all about kitchens—where families gather, meals happen, and memories are made. Clients love her thoughtful, down-to-earth style, and her coworkers count on her for dependable, disciplined, creative energy (plus a “Fun Fact of the Day” and crunchy life tips).

When she’s not guiding clients through cabinet samples or tile layouts, she’s gardening, renovating her own home, or doing DIY projects. Recently? She became a duck mom—and yes, she can still balance on her head. It’s all part of the charm.
