With nearly 15 years in industrial construction and credentials as a certified welder, pipe fitter, and iron worker, Leslie Harris brings grit, skill, and real-world experience to her role as Warranty Director. She’s also a former real estate agent, giving her a full-circle view of both the building process and the buyer experience. At TBG, she’s the calm in the chaos—helping homeowners navigate issues with clarity, empathy, and solutions that stick.

Leslie’s favorite part of the job is seeing a house become a home. From punch walks to 30-day visits, she witnesses the transition from structure to story—photos on the walls, personality in every corner, and families making it their own. Her advice to first-time homeowners? Take your time and ask questions. Homes are built by human hands, and sometimes, that’s what makes them feel most real. She believes the heart of the home is the kitchen. With six kids and four grandkids, it’s where life happens—Playdough on the table, laughter in the air, and a little bit of dancing, too. 

Outside of work, Leslie’s still full throttle—usually with a dirty blonde chai latte in hand. She’s an adrenaline junkie, a history buff with a thing for pirates, and a proud Marine wife always planning the next adventure. Her work ethic? “I don’t stop.” Known for being the one who’s done it all (or will figure it out if she hasn’t), she’s the kind of teammate you call first. Eyepatch or not, Leslie’s the real deal.
