Blake Corder has been immersed in real estate since childhood—raised by parents in the industry, he spent his early years walking job sites, sitting in sales meetings, and soaking up the business from the ground up. After earning his accounting degree from the University of Alabama in 2002, Blake combined his financial acumen with a passion for real estate, launching a career that now spans over 20 years across residential construction, commercial leasing, and property investments.

As a founding partner of The Builders Group, Blake has helped shape the company’s growth from a local builder into one of West Alabama’s most respected homebuilding and development firms. His background in both field work and financial strategy gives him a rare perspective—able to see a home as both a livable space and a smart investment. That dual lens guides his role today, overseeing business operations, development strategy, and helping lead long-term vision and growth for the company.
