Zach Snead has been with TBG for nearly 6 years, helping clients turn visions into blueprints as an Architectural Drafter. Starting as an intern in estimating, he shifted into drafting after graduation—where his creativity, technical precision, and passion for design found their stride.

Zach is often the first point of contact for clients in the design phase, helping them explore possibilities while keeping functionality front and center. His advice for first-time builders? Stay open-minded. Flexibility leads to beautiful, livable homes. His favorite space to design (and enjoy) is the kitchen—it’s where he unwinds, experiments with food, and makes sure form meets function.

He describes himself as disciplined, ambitious, and reliable, and around the office he’s known for top-tier lunches (leftover steak, not PB&J), Crystal Light lemonades, and never missing a detail. When he’s not drafting, he might be flying—Zach’s a licensed pilot who brings the same precision to a cockpit as he does to every custom plan.
