Gayla Aldridge is a TBG OG with over 15 years on the team and 18 years in the industry. She handles a little bit of everything—deposits, permits, water meters, property taxes, business licenses, ThreadKore entries, and backup for accounts payable. She’s the kind of person who quietly keeps things moving, always ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed.

Her favorite part of the job? The people. Gayla’s known for being dedicated, loyal, and dependable, with a warm presence and a sharp memory. She encourages homeowners to think long-term when making selections—will you still love it in a few years? Her favorite room is the kitchen, where she bakes her signature blueberry cake, complete with icing that’s as famous as she is around the office.

When she’s not working, she’s probably with family, watching a movie, playing games—or showing off her latest set of flawless nails. She’s got a quick wit, a love for storytelling, and a Diet Dr Pepper always within reach (preferably poured over Diet Dr Pepper ice).
