In North Alabama, we build in and around Huntsville, Madison, Elkmont, Athens, and the surrounding areas. We can build on your own lot or in one of our established neighborhoods.

Can I build on my own lot?

Absolutely! We thrive on customers who know exactly what they want, and we strive to deliver a product that is exactly what you want! We ask that you come prepared with information such as:

Acreage of the land requesting to be built on
Idea of the amount of sitework needed
If utilities need to be installed or if utilities are already installed
Is your property on city sewer or septic

Can I use my own plan?

Do your homes come with a warranty?
