Estimating & Purchasing

Josh serves as the Purchasing and Estimating Manager for TBG Homes’ North Alabama division. With six years of industry experience and a background working for building material suppliers, he brings a unique perspective to purchasing, estimating, and building strong trade partner relationships.

What Josh loves most about homebuilding is solving the puzzle of how to get from point A to point B. He enjoys collaborating with teammates, contractors, and vendors because he believes great homes are built through great teamwork. His favorite part of the building process is framing because it’s when homeowners can finally see their home begin to take shape. If he had to describe his work ethic in three words, it would be Just. Keep. Swimming.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing guitar, and singing. A fun fact about him is that he lived in Hawaii for five years. His advice for anyone building a home? Commit to irrigation—you’ll thank yourself later. And if there’s one room he’s always drawn to, it’s the kitchen, because who doesn’t love good food and good company?
