With over 23 years of home construction experience, Josh Henry is a calm, steady hand in the building process. Before joining TBG, he ran a remodeling company and led residential communities in Houston, giving him end-to-end knowledge of homebuilding. Josh thrives on guiding clients through the journey of creating their home, especially during that sweet spot just before drywall—when the framing reveals the craftsmanship beneath the surface.

He’s passionate about creating kitchens and master bathrooms that truly anchor a home, and he’s known for his three D’s: dedicated, determined, dependable. Whether he’s troubleshooting, offering encouragement, or just sharing a smile, Josh is the kind of builder clients trust and teammates rely on.

Off the clock, you’ll find him barbecuing (beef ribs are his specialty), spinning classic soul (Al Green, anyone?), or relaxing with his English Bull Terrier. Bonus: he’s never without sunflower seeds on a job site.
