Now HR Manager, she’s the organizer behind the onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day people operations that keep the team humming. With a business management degree and a talent for structure, she’s known for being reliable, organized, and speedy.

Her favorite part of the homebuilding process is framing, where she sees everything come together like a giant puzzle. And if you ask about her favorite room? The kitchen, hands down—where time is spent, memories are made, and splurging is always worth it.

When she’s off the clock, Ashley is probably chasing her toddler, arranging flowers, or sipping her go-to Starbucks order: a tall iced caramel macchiato with almond milk. She’s a former college cheerleader, a party-trick pro (yes, she can lick her elbow), and the proud office birthday queen. Dog person? Absolutely—with two sweet pups at home to prove it.
