Our Process
Discovery + Financing
We’ll start with a conversation about your land, timeline, budget, and vision. Next is the time to begin securing financing so our team has a clear understanding of your working budget as we move into design. Whether you plan to finance through a lender or pay with cash, you’ll need to provide either a construction loan pre-approval letter or proof of funds. Both financing methods typically follow a draw schedule, where funds are released in phases throughout the build. We’ll provide all necessary documentation and coordinate directly with your lender or financial institution to keep everything on track.

Our team will visit the property and review site details to assess things like topography, utilities, access, setbacks, and site prep needs.

Home Plan + Customization
We’ll help you select a home plan that fits your lot or customize one to your needs. Our design team will guide you through selections to create a personalized look and feel. To begin this process, a design agreement and fee is required, which will be applied toward the cost of your build.
