Discovery + Financing


We’ll start with a conversation about your land, timeline, budget, and vision. Next is the time to begin securing financing so our team has a clear understanding of your working budget as we move into design. Whether you plan to finance through a lender or pay with cash, you’ll need to provide either a construction loan pre-approval letter or proof of funds. Both financing methods typically follow a draw schedule, where funds are released in phases throughout the build. We’ll provide all necessary documentation and coordinate directly with your lender or financial institution to keep everything on track.

To begin this process, a design agreement and fee is required, which will be applied toward the cost of your build.
