Absolutely! We thrive on customers who know exactly what they want, and we strive to deliver a product that is exactly what you want! We ask that you come prepared with information such as:
- Acreage of the land requesting to be built on
- Idea of the amount of sitework needed
- If utilities need to be installed or if utilities are already installed
- Is your property on city sewer or septic

Yes, upgrades are processed through a formal change order. These costs are paid upfront within 30 days and must be approved in writing so our team can implement the changes.
