Tyler Harvey started at TBG as a college intern and quickly became an essential part of the team. With 4+ years of experience and a sharp analytical mindset, he now leads as Senior Accountant—diving deep into budgeting, financial reporting, and post-close analysis to help TBG build smarter with every home.

His favorite part of the process is watching framing rise—“sticks on paper” becoming real—especially during the build of his own home, where he got to experience the TBG process firsthand. Tyler is described as dedicated, driven, dependable, and is the kind of teammate who checks in daily and somehow always has a stash of chocolate-covered espresso beans nearby.

Beyond the spreadsheets, Tyler’s happiest outside with his wife and two daughters, whether they’re muddy in the yard or just enjoying the home they built together. Once a cat person, he’s now team dog: “Way more snuggly—and nicer.”
